The foundation fo the perfect bite
Only pure durum wheat semolina, grown and processed in Austria, finds its way into our pasta—no flour blends, no additives.

Happy hens, happy pasta
For our egg pasta, we only use eggs from Austrian farms that keep their chickens in a species-appropriate manner, feed them GMO-free feed, and give them plenty of space to roam.

The special something for exceptional taste
Our selected spices come from a spice manufacturer with which we share a long-standing partnership.
Whether fiery chili, fresh lemon notes, or bold garlic aromas - each spice blend is carefully balanced.

One of the most important ingredients in our pasta is also the most original: crystal-clear water.
Around 90,000 liters of this “blue gold” flow into our production every year – used to create 450 tons of pasta and give it its unique texture and outstanding quality.
Energy from our own source - sustainable for generations
Since 1895, we have been generating our own electricity in our company's own hydroelectric power plant.
Long before sustainability became a buzzword, it was already a lived practice at Finkensteiner.
The power plant covers the entire energy demand of our production, with any surplus energy fed into the public grid - benefiting not only us, but the entire region.
Certified organic quality - natural, valuable, full of flavor
For our NATUR product line, we use only ingredients from certified organic agriculture – such as spelt, whole grain spelt, or kamut in premium organic quality.
Particularly gentle processing ensures that valuable nutrients and natural flavors are preserved.
